Notice is hereby provided for the Hallam Students' Union Officer Election 2025.
The Election is to be held for the following positions:

*Only students enrolled on a course within the respective College can be elected as Education Officer for their respective College.
**Only students who are considered as 'Overseas' or 'International' students by the University may be elected as International Students' Officer.
Officer Election timeline
The key dates for the Election are as follows:
- Applications: Monday 13 January 2025 (10am) - Thursday 20 February 2025 (4pm)
- Voting: Monday 10 March 2025 (9am) - Thursday 13 March 2025 (4pm)

Additional dates
Between Saturday 22 February and Friday 7 March 2025, candidates will be given training and support to prepare for the Election, as well as opportunities to share their campaigning priorities with students. Provisional results will be announced on Friday 14 March 2025.
Application process
All applications must be submitted electronically through the Hallam Students' Union website between Monday 13 January 2025 (10am) and Thursday 20 February 2025 (4pm).

Election Regulations govern Hallam Students' Union elections and ensure they are free and fair. The process by which these regulations are implemented is outlined in our Bye-Laws (Bye-Law 5) in conjunction with our Election Regulations.
