Here at Sheffield Hallam Students' Union we want to make sure every student is treated fairly, equally and are able to participate in any Union or University activity without fear of discrimination in any shape or form.

The LGBT+ Liberation Group is here to provide all students who identify as a minority sexuality or gender identity a place to meet fellow LGBT+ students and take part in events/campaigns.

We are an active group within the Students' Union and play a key part in connecting our LGBT+ community of students together and representing them on local and national levels.

SHSU LGBT+ Liberation Group aim to provide a safe space for students, and an environment where all members feel comfortable and able to discuss any issues, concerns and queries they have with one another and also the committee.
