Order process

1. Nominate one member of your team to submit the team's order.

2. Save a copy of the order form and rename as 'YOUR TEAM Varsity 2024 Order'.

3. Enter the details of all team members who want to order personalised merch, ensuring all fields are completed.

If you leave a blank space, that information will not be printed.

4. Double check all spelling - merch will be printed with exactly what is entered on the form.

5. The form will automatically calculate the total cost of your order.

6. Once complete, email your order form to studentsunion@shu.ac.uk by Sunday 18 February, 5pm.

7. Any names deemed potentially inappropriate will be referred to the Wellbeing, Sport and Physical Activity Officer for approval.

Please note, no refunds can be made on personalised merch.

Payment

Individual team members will need to pay for their order at the HUBS Finance Office by Wednesday 21 February, 5pm. A payment link can be provided on request.

Any items not paid for by 5pm on Wednesday 21 February will be removed from the order and will not be processed.

Collection

Orders will be available for collection from w/c 11 March.

The contact who placed the order will be notified when collection is available.

Only one collection per team by nominated team member.
